"We also understand that sometimes life happens but, unfortunately if you fail to give us notice, we will have no choice but to charge you a Cancellation fee/Show up fee of what your original cleaning charge would have been at the original time of scheduling."
The office staff has to expedite everything, but most importantly we want to fill your scheduled space with another home or project.
You will also be billed if we show up to the property and we are locked out (you forgot to leave the key, forgot to leave the door unlocked, had the locks changed and did not notify us, etc.).
